We welcome all new members. Please fill out and submit the form below as your application for membership to the Canadian Association of Nephrology Dietitians (CAND).

Applicants must be a registered dietitian or studying to become a dietitian to join CAND. Your membership fee will be billed once your application has been approved.

CAND membership fees: $40 standard members, $15 student and retired members, $75 USD international members. Please indicate which type of membership you qualify for in the comment box of the form.
